Printer Friendly Page

Please join us on October 29, 2020, for this special webinar in partnership with Oerlikon AG on Reinventing the Talent Ecosystem.

About the Webinar

The impact of COVID-19 combined with advancing technology is changing the talent and skills space. This session will delve into the future of the talent ecosystem and the need for HR functions to revaluate skillsets to meet evolving needs. How can organisations build a robust workforce able to deal with uncertainty and disruption? We will take a look at skill-sharing, collaborative partnerships, skill forecasting and changing trends in contract types.

About the Future of Work Webinar Series

Life as we know it is undergoing a radical transformation. Where once the topic of the future of work was centred around rapidly advancing technology, we must now consider the long-term shift influenced by a global pandemic. The impact of COVID-19 has been widespread, dramatically changing the future of the work landscape for us all, from where we work to how we interact with our peers, how we apply for jobs or recruit talent, how we manage and lead teams and even how we define success.

This webinar series will ask a number of important questions about the future workforce, including:

  • What changes should we prepare for in terms of culture, leadership, talent, diversity and strategy and what are the implications for you?
  • With different markets progressing at different paces, how does this impact the global workforce?
  • What can we expect to see in terms of transformation in Europe compared to China?
