August 30, 2021. Shanghai – The 2021-22 recruitment season for CEIBS MBA students officially kicked-off today. 157 members of MBA2022 cohort with outstanding academic performance, cross-cultural leadership skills and international perspectives will look for full-time opportunities with dynamic enterprises for their post-MBA careers upon graduation in April, 2022.

Starting from today, full-time positions from a variety of companies will be posted through CEIBS’ internal career portal. Starting in early September, leading companies from various industries will come to CEIBS Shanghai campus to introduce company strategy and talk about their talent hiring programmes and positions.

During the recently concluded 2020-2021 recruiting season, CEIBS graduates achieved a 95.5% employment rate within three months after graduation. Leading the trend, the technology sector has demonstrated the strongest demand for CEIBS MBAs amongst various industries for three straight years. Next in line were healthcare, financial services, manufacturing (industrial products and services) and consulting industries. As the first of its kind in mainland China, the CEIBS Career Development Centre (CDC) continues to focus on working with recruiters and the business community as a whole, both to support key talent development, as well as to build platforms and initiatives to effectively anticipate and address critical business issues.

The 2021-2022 recruitment season will run through to the summer of 2022. Recruiters are invited to contact the CDC to recruit top talents and explore other co-operation opportunities.
